Founded 20 years ago by Toby Madden - a photojournalist and then film maker and editor.

Toby began his career as a photojournalist for Ely Hoy national newspaper in Ecuador before returning to England to join The Independent as a staff photographer.

In 2007, he left the Independent to concentrate on film-making.

For more than 2 decades he has worked with major INGOS producing short films for campaigns, documentaries in the charity and commercial sector.
